Internationalization is one of the inherent qualities of the higher education. In the current situation of the global economy, all the countries successively take the strategy of higher education internationalization to improve the national comprehensive strength and advance the economy development as the national one. The trend of internationalization of higher education is irresistible, getting the fourth function besides the teaching, research and social services. China officially got the membership of WTO in December of2001. The entry of WTO has raised the new requirements for higher education internationalization, but a splendid opportunity to develop. The colleges outlined different developing programs and adopt series of effective measures.As a powerful part of higher education in great numbers, the newly-built colleges emerge with our higher education reform, undertaking the great responsibility of education popularization and cultivation talents for the economy development. Their internationalization level will greatly affect the quality of the overall higher education and economy developing. But in reality, with kinds of reasons, the newly-built colleges have a lower start, a small scale, and slow development, which encountered with many setbacks.The research will reassess the necessity of the newly-built colleges to international the education activities with a global perspective. On the basis of clarifying the current situation, the newly-built colleges will gather all the advantages of different resources, in reference to the excellent colleges to find their characteristics and the right way to international their education. The paper can be divided into five parts. The first chapter is the introduction, referring to the research background, the origin of the research, the importance of the research, the summary of the literature, the methods, the structure, the originality and deficiency. Chapter two mainly talks about the summary of higher education internationalization, based on the practical situation of our country and different colleges, analyzing the connotation, motivation, history, and the content. Chapter three is the study of the current situation of our higher education internationalization. This part is trying to summarize all the factors, comparing the differences from the degree, reasons and importance and exemplifying the excellent cases with key university and newly-built university. Chapter four is discussing the different elements of affecting higher education internationalization, introducing the origin and characteristics of these colleges, as well as the necessity and their advantages and disadvantages. The last chapter mainly talks about the strategy of internationalization. Emphasizing the orientation of the developing goal and talent-cultivating goal, putting forward the measures of internationalization and the problems we should pay more attention to.
