Exploration Of Theory And Practice On Learning Counselor Team Construction In University Of Our Country

The university counselors is an important part of the teacher and management team, which has the double identities of teacher and cadre. The university counselors is the backbone of university students’ideological and political education work, they are the organizers, executors and mentors of daily ideological and political education and management work in university, which take the task of cultivating the builders and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In2004, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council promulgated "the Opinion on Further Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Education of University Students", which marks the counselor team construction has entered a new stage. With the constant change of the international and domestic situation and the educational reform of higher education, the construction of university counselor team encounters with many challenges and difficulties. Therefore, it is very important to make university counselor team professionalization and specialization. This thesis proposes that we should construct learning counselor team, so as to promote its professionalization and specialization and to improve the effectiveness and pertinence of the ideological and political education work.Based on domestic related research materials about learning organization theory and the college counselor team construction, this thesis briefly introduces the theory of learning organization and lifelong learning as the theory foundation of learning counselor team construction. The thesis make a brief summary on the characteristics of the learning organization, and puts forward the possibility of combined study of learning organization with counselor team construction in college. Taking Southwest Jiaotong University as an example, the author makes the questionnaire survey about team learning style and learning willingness, and introduces learning counselor team construction in Southwest Jiaotong University. According to the actual situation of learning counselor team construction in Southwest Jiaotong University, combining with the existing trouble, the thesis puts forward the strategy of learning counselor team construction. In the process of the learning organization construction, the university should proceed from reality itself and give full play to it’s advantages, consummate the relevant systems, so as to promote learning counselor team construction in theory and practice together.
