Reserch On Characteristic Of Personner Training In Industry Characteristic University

As a special part of the higher education which has a natural link with the industry, the characteristic of industrial university plays an important role in personnel training, promoting the progress of science and technology of industry, serving the society and developing the industry. The construction and development status of characteristic of industrial university have a direct relation with the progress of science and technology of industry, resources of higher education and powerful nation by higher education. In order to promote perfect our nation’s construction of characteristic of industrial university, improve the quality of teaching, and make it to form the characteristic of personnel training further, this research will study the characteristic of personnel training of our nation’s characteristic of industrial university.This thesis does research with the method of literature, comparative analysis method, and statistical analysis method. On the basis of analyzing the researching the domestic and international scholar about the characteristic of industrial university, this thesis defines the concept of characteristic of industrial university and characteristic of personnel training, introduces the development of characteristic of industrial university, and analyses the characteristic of running a school of characteristic of industrial university, the position of running a school, the professional curriculum to refine the same parts of the characteristic of personnel training of characteristic of industrial university. Pertinence and adaptability, paying more attention to the basic and innovation, good at engineering practice ability, and the spirit of serving their industry are the same parts. Then use the Southwest Jiaotong University to test and verify them. At the last part, the thesis talks about the present situation of characteristic of personnel training after the reformation of the management system of higher education. Finally, the thesis gives advice on the development of the characteristic of industrial university from the government and the inside of the university.
