China’s basic education largelyaccomplishing the elite education, examination-oriented education, further education,education, one-sided education. Basic education re-intellectual light of moral education,heavy classroom teaching of light social practice, student initiative, enthusiasm andcreativity has not been fully play out students with strong test-taking skills, but lack ofinnovation compared to the developed countries of the world and creative skills, and theability to solve practical problems.The face of basic education personnel training misunderstanding instrumentalrationality talent under the guidance of alienation training model, this paper aims to theguidance of scientific talent, innovation and personnel training countermeasures, tryingto find scientific talent for basic education guidance personnel training mode.The main content of this article is divided into the following three parts:The first part, explained theoretically the scientific talent enrich and developMarxism talent. Departure from the scientific connotation of scientific talent, traceable to the theory of scientific talent based demonstration of scientific talent and Marxisttalent, and further clarify the value of scientific talent and talent cultivation of basiceducation.the significance of the countermeasures. A lot of our basic education personnel training, based on scientifictalent, mainly to discuss the following issues: the instrumental talent,External training objectives, training mode of the candidate, and the inequality ofeducational resources.
