Professional degree education, which is built to cultivate high-level professionalized talents for various occupations, is a great countermeasure to adjust to the development of economy and the construction of industrial structure. It breaks the state of pure academic postgraduate education and diversifies the pattern of postgraduate and degree education. This pattern of education is in the same level of academic postgraduate education, while it differs from the latter in its cultivating target, and it mainly focuses on the applied ability. As the enrollment scale enlarging, it is crucial to study how to improve and guarantee the teaching quality of full-time professional degree postgraduate education.The paper, takes XX University as an example, investigates and studies problems in teaching quality assurance of full-time professional degree education. The paper is divided into five parts:Introduction states the origin, value and research situation of the research, as well as the idea of this research and research methods.The paper, firstly, explains the implication, significance and characteristics of teaching quality assurance of full-time professional degree education. It refers to the activities, according to its characteristics of full-time professional degree education, which schools have taken to assure teaching quality. It is the prerequisite and also a crucial element to realize the aim of professional degree education. According to the process of assurance, it can be classified into such categories as background assurance, investment assurance, process assurance, result assurance, system assurance and exterior assurance. It is not only the key to success of degree and postgraduate education reform, but also a booster for conforming to the developing trend of degree and postgraduate education. However, the teaching and its quality assurance of full-time professional degree postgraduate has its own traits. Accordingly, teaching quality assurance should pay attention to it.Secondly, the paper investigates and studies the current situation and problem of teaching quality assurance of full-time professional degree postgraduate. Through the investigation and interview, specific issues of teaching quality assurance have been found, and they mainly form five aspects. Background assurance:the weakening of applied talents objective; Investment assurance:the investment of teaching is relatively short; Process assurance:the teaching trend to academic and the system of teaching quality’s problems itself; Result assurance:the general quality of teaching and the graduates need to be improved; Other aspects’ assurance:It is matters of the under-constructing feedback system of teaching quality information and lacking supervision of society.Thirdly, the paper tries to explore the reasons which result in the specific issues of teaching quality assurance. In the university aspect, the importance attached to full-time professional degree postgraduate are not enough, the teacher faculty are not strong enough, the conscious and construction of teaching quality are not enough, and the management of teaching are deficient, all those lead to some problems. From society this angle, insufficient knowledge of full-time professional degree postgraduate, not-well functioned of society supervision and inactive participation of society, all these influence the performance of teaching quality assurance. Postgraduates themselves, low self-identification and low participation in teaching quality assurance are also important factors to the problems of teaching quality assurance.Finally, countermeasures are put forward to improve the problems of full-time professional degree postgraduate. These measures include:firstly, the university should attach great importance to the teaching quality assurance in concept, in order to build a psychological contract that can pay attention to full-time professional degree postgraduate; Secondly, enhance the financial support and reform the management of teaching funds;Thirdly, build the standard system of teaching quality to ensure there is standards to operate; Fourthly, diversify the evaluator of teaching quality to ensure the evaluation to be comprehensive and actual; Fifthly, intensify educational reform to distinguish professional degree; Finally, build and perfect the feedback mechanism of full-time professional degree postgraduate to continuously improve teaching quality.
