Existing Problems And Strategies On The Ideal Education Of Secondary Vocational School Students

Ideal is a human spiritual phenomenon, which plays an important role in the growth of human beings, so ideal education is a job worthy of attention. In recent years, ideal education of secondary vocational school students has received some attention and and some achievements could also be found in this field. However, a lot of problems are still in urgent need of being studied and solved. Therefore, it is very important to investigate the existing problems of current ideal education of secondary vocational school students and put forward some effective strategies. At present, researches on the ideal education mainly focus on college students, but seldom on the group of secondary vocational school students. As for this, under the guidance of great moral education view and subjectivity moral education theory, this research takes L city of Hunan province as a case, investigating the present situation of secondary vocational school students’ideal, especially the existing problems of their ideal education. Then, on the basis of analyzing the main existing problems and the causes of these problems, this research discusses the effective strategies.In addition to the introduction part, the text is divided into four parts:The introduction part of this paper mainly discusses the reason of choosing the topic, research significance, the purpose, the content, research thoughts and research methods, and so on. At the same time, domestic researches about ideal education, especially ideal education of secondary vocational school students are analyzed and summarized in this part. The first part of the text analyzes related definitions and theoretical foundations of ideal education secondary vocational school students. The connotation of ideal, ideal education, secondary vocational school students and ideal education of secondary vocational school students are described. And this part also introduces the guiding significance of great moral education view and subjectivity moral education theory to ideal education of secondary vocational school students.The second part of the text analyzes the existing problems of ideal education of secondary vocational school students. Through the processing and analysis of the data of questionnaire and interview material, it is found that the existing problems of ideal education of secondary vocational school students in L city of Hunan province mainly include following aspects:the frequency of various ideal education in secondary vocational schools is not high, the content scientific of various ideal education in secondary vocational schools needs to be strengthened, the method of various ideal education in secondary vocational schools is not good enough, the effect of various ideal education in secondary vocational schools needs to be improved and the influence of families and social environment on the formation of secondary vocational school students’ ideals is not good enough.The third part of the text analyzes the causes. This paper analyzes the causes of existing problems of ideal education of secondary vocational school students mainly from the following aspects:students, schools, families and social environment.The fourth part puts forward some relevant strategies. According to the causes of existing problems of ideal education of secondary vocational school students, the author puts forward the following strategies:paying great attention to the ideal education, updating the educational idea, constructing outstanding teacher team and building a harmonious ideal education environment.
