The development and implementation of the school-based curriculum is the need for the implementation of the new chemistry curriculum. Not only to promote the development of the student’s personality actively, but also provides a new arena for the schools and teachers’ professional development, and provides more important way for schools to create education. In this paper, on the basis of the meaning of the school-based curriculum and theoretical, using case studies, select The Fuzhou No.3Middle School’s chemical school-based curriculum development situation to do the research. The survey of the main methods includes the following:observation, questionnaire and interview. The SWOT analysis model classifies the collected data and information into the four dimensions which are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Then use a matrix of three analysis modes for portfolio analysis, which are the combination of advantage-opportunities (S-O), the combination of advantages-the threat (S-T) and the combination of the vulnerable-opportunities (W-O).After investigation and analysis, we can know that the schools, the teachers can promote the development and construction of the school-based curriculum from the following aspects:a "school-based" and "people-oriented" concept to guide the development of school-based curriculum; strengthen the awareness of teachers of the school-based curriculum development, improve teachers’ capabilities in school-based curriculum development; make up a curriculum development team composed of a solidarity and a clear division of labor; build teaching resources management and support platform, improve the mechanism of the development of curriculum resources; learn and adopt excellent theory, continue to improve the implementation of the school-based curriculum. |
