Research On The Effect Evaluation Of Cultural Education Of Science And Engineering University

Culture is the lifeblood of the nation and the spiritual home of the people. Nowadays, cultural status and role is more prominent, and has increasingly become an important source of national cohesion and creativity. As the forefront of culture,the colleges play an important role in flourishing and heriting the advanced socialist culture.As a college with a weak humanities foundation, sustainable development of the college must be compatible with the reality of the concept of talent, innovative ideas, the concept of service, market concept, and to improve teachers and students on the basis of values and campus spirit and culture, what’s more, to produce of the unique culture of the university. To enhance the overall quality of the Polytechnic university students through a comprehensive university culture education, to further enhance the educational quality of the science and engineering university. Eventually the university make due contribution to the cultural heritage and prosperity.According to the objectives of cultural quality of education, implementing the measurement and evaluation which is system and scientific is the key verify approach to the education effect.To some extent,it has critical guidance and support efficacy on promoting the overall level of management of culture education,and enhancing the quality and ability of the university man,even sustainable development and progress of the university.This paper take the science and engineering universities for research subjects to evaluate the effect of cultural education:It describes the theoretical basis of this study, specifically discusses the basic content of the culture education, universities and the education of university culture, features, functions, and the intrinsic link between them; then discusses the basic content of culture education of science and engineering university, including the current situation,the main guiding ideology and objectives of the cultural education. The education effect evaluation index system of university is designed, and then makes a comprehensive evaluation of a science and engineering colleges using the math of Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. And verify the scientific and feasibility of the evaluation index system through empirical research.Finally, analyse the results of comprehensive evaluation combined with the data of questionnaire.Finally,the paper put forth some ways and recommend countermeasures to improve the effect of cultural education.
