With the development of the power ultrasonic technology and the new materials, ultrasonic technology has been widely applied in many fields, such as bio-medical, equipment processing and cleaning etc. While some problems accompanied with its development about improving transmission power and ensuring the equipment stable operating. This paper analysis the principle, impedance matching and motivate technology of the piezoelectric transducers, which characteristics are capacitive load. At the same time, the voltage and current information provided in the stimulated process is recorded and analyzedThe main body of the ultrasonic power supply circuit includes rectifier, filter, the whole bridge inverter, adjustable inductors, transformers etc. In the system the total control scheme of the high-power ultrasonic power is took much focus on to ensure the power starting safe and reliable. Developed the whole bridge inverter using AT89S52 as the core realizes the man-machine dialogue interface, displays of the current, voltage, frequency and other parameters and supports manual adjustment of stimulate frequency. The impedance automatically matching circuit is designed to instead of the traditional method, which realized on changing the inductance magnetic conductance. The protection circuit of IGBT is designed, which ensures the components safety and system runs normally, through the contrast of different protection circuit, the reasonable one is chosen and the components parameters are calculated.The high power ultrasonic power takes the transducer as the foundation. In order to put the largest power in piezoelectric transducers, the system dedicates to solving the two problems, which are impedance matching and frequency adjustment. The experiment results show that the design of the system is in the right direction, the output power actual measured values of ultrasonic power is up to 54 kW.
