| The detection of coaxiality error is a problem frequently occurred in mechanical processingmeasure and equipment installation process. Coaxiality error is a important parameters in mechanicaldesign and manufacturing process. The coaxial error of long distance distribute hole is the chief causeof equipment appeared exceptionally and leads to accuracy and safety failure, and therefore, the rapidhigh precision testing of such parts is one of subject calling for immediate study in the field ofaerospace, arms and other technology for national defense.This paper research is a kind of the software design which is about a coaxiality error measuringsystem, this system is used to measure a long distance distribution and the smaller diameter porousholes part. The coaxiality error measuring system uses collimation line method, it uses a fastadjustable laser collimator’s light as signal source, uses a rotary encoder which axial mounted and a2_PSD which installed on the top-center of the self-centering measuring head, uses NI DAQ in datacollection and measurement process control, thus completes the tested object and the size of thecoaxial tolerance of semi-automatic measurement.In the paper, analyzes the principle and of the measurement system and hardware; In order tomeasurement needs and hardware control characteristics, this paper gives the general design of thesystem software solutions, and discusses the ealization of main function modules in the system, suchas: measuring preparation, process control, data collection, analysis and evaluation system calibrationand parts management,etc. To design and develop relational database systems after analysismeasuring data management needs.Each function module in the software design are validated by experiment, the design fulfillsnearly all expected promises. |
