With the development of the third generation digital mobile communication technology,TD-SCDMA has been widely applied all over the world. Quit great progress has been made inTD-LTE technique and it is widely used in many fields which as the long term evolvedtechnology of TD-SCDMA. The mobile communication system based on TD-LTE would bethe mainstream technology of communication development in the future; it provides anexcellent chance for the construction of private oil communication network which is in theface of development puzzled because of backward in technique.The current status of domestic private oil communication network and the trouble inrespects of safe production and emergency communication of the oil corporation are aimed inthis paper. According to the communication characteristics of private oil communicationnetwork, a new design project of wireless communication system in private oilcommunication network based on TD-LTE is proposed in this paper, components andfunction features of this system are described. At the same time, according to comparing andanalyzing the differences of several kinds of wireless communication technologies both athome and abroad, and the structure differences between private and public network, thetechnology characteristics and advantages of TD-LTE is described in this paper, applicationadvantages of private communication network system based on TD-LTE in special workingenvironments in oil industry are pointed out. Finally, according to the system model of privateoil communication network based on TD-LTE, the mobility management entity has beenresearched, and MME service implementation is analyzed from the view of industryapplication, protocol stack, and interface relationships in this paper. The MME processingmodel has been proposed during the researching process, and the signaling process andsoftware achievement of attach process, detach process, creation of dedicated bearer process, deletion of dedicated bearer process, modification of dedicated bearer process and servicerequest process are designed and optimized. Moreover, software transplantation and thecombined debugging of software and hardware are completed in this paper.The experimental result shows that the private oil communication system based onTD-LTE can achieve MME service functions effectively by integrating functions of evolvedpacket core network, simplifying communication elements and optimizing communicationprotocols, which will lay a solid foundation for the construction of the private oilcommunication network system.
