| With the development of the industrial intelligence and networking technology,multi-sensor system has been widely used. As one of the field bus whichinterconnects multi-notes, CAN bus has become the most widely used and mostpromising field bus with its unique design, simple, real-time, high reliability.The paper design a multi-sensor data acquisition system based on CAN bus,which aims at providing a configurable test platform for a specific site monitoring application. This platform can be configurated according to the specific needs of the parameters to be monitored (temperature, humidity, speed, pressure and volume switches,etc.).Firstly, the paper gives a brief overview of the field bus and then does a researchon the principles and specification of the CAN bus. And on this basis, the design ofthe architecture of the overall system is accomplished, which includes computer, nodecontrollers and intelligent nodes in three parts.For the hardware part, the paper mainly concentrate in the circuit design of CANbus communication interface, RS-232 communication interface and multiple-channeldata acquisition, the multiple-channel includes eight switch signals, four standardcurrent signals, one thermocouple temperature measurement signal and one speedsignal. In addition, the paper makes a detailed analysis of the signal processing circuitof the standard signals and thermocouple signals. Then, in the system software design,the paper mainly focuses on data acquisition, data processing, data communication ofthe CAN bus interface, and data communication of the RS-232 interface.Finally, the paper introduces several anti-jamming measures with hardware andsoftware, and analyses the problems that may arise in the debugging. The test resultsshowed that the system designed has a normal communication between notes andnotes as well as notes and computers. |
