The Research Of RH Refining Furnace Automatic Control System Based On PLC

The steel-making production line for production cost control and the demand forproduction rhythm are higher and higher, steel rolling production line for the quality of steelimproves constantly, it also put forward new demand for temperature control and carboncontent of steel. In this context, the traditional ladle refining production processes no longermeet the production needs under the new situation, which requires the steel refining automaticcontrol system of new,high-reliable, accurate temperature control of molten steel hit, thereal-time forecasting component, cost control reasonable.RH (Ruhrstahl Heraeus) system equipment is a high-quality steel for the production ofsecondary steel refining processes and equipment,extensively apply in decarbonization,degassing, deoxidization, components adjust, rise temperature, ultra low c smelting.Byvacuum decarbonization,the c and O2can reduce at the same time thus can get pure steel,andthe use of AL can reduce1kg/T steel above finally;the steel’s degree of purity can raisehighly,at the vacuum environment,it can remove all kinds of gas impurity in the steel, purifysteel;converter decarbonization can only reach about0.035%,second reduce is very hard,however at the vacuum environment,low c and ultra low c steel is no longer hard.In this paper, I study the RH refining automatic control system based on the normaloperating mode of RH system.Major researches are as follows:(1) Analyze the RH refining technological process,study the process control technology,PLC technology,Step7programming software,WinCC monitor software. For the RH vacuumprocess control requirements and production of machinery and equipment controlrequirements,propose control program of RH refining automatic control system based onPLC,including the control functions of the ladle walking and the ladle lifting of the control process, vacuum pump control system,top gun system,alloy control system.(2) Expound the design and implementation of RH refining automatic controlsystem,including system architecture, the design and implementation of basic automationsystem,the design and implementation of process computer system.(3) Analyze the vacuum. circulation gas control system,put forward the control programof PID cascade adjustment, raise stability of the RH vacuum circulation gas.RH refining automatic control system has applied actually in lai steel,applicationsituation show that this system is effective and feasible.
