This article first investigates the laser marking system (based on laser scanninggalvanometric system), and its development of automation at home and abroad,understand the problems of its key is how to make workpiece positioning fast, flexibleand accurate. This research includes machine vision, this one technology can be agood combination with laser scanning galvanometric system, It is base of lasermarking system, in cutting, welding, rapid prototyping and many other fields it getsmore and more applications, but there is no systematic study about integration of laserscanning galvanometer system and machine vision, and thus embarked on the work ofthis paper.Firstly, this paper researches principles of laser scanning galvanometric systemand machine vision, these works use laser marking as an experimental methodbecause it can make images for machine vision easily, and introduce the theoreticalanalysis of lighting design and light path design.According to the experimental system, this paper proposed a laser galvanometricscanning system based on a single machine vision, the system is convenience to usebut difficult to achieve high accuracy and flexibility. For further improvement, thepaper also proposed a laser galvanometric scanning system based on dual machinevision, the corrected calibration method and camera installation method has a few ofdifference, but accuracy and flexibility have been improved. The dual vision-basedsystem, design a set of the phone keys automatic marking system, the system hasverified the feasibility of this study project. Finally this paper proposed one precisiontest method by two dimensions measuring instrument for evaluating the work with acertain standard, and laid the foundation for the continuation of the work of thisarticle.
