Design And Implementation Of The Sms/mms Operating And Managing System For Jiangsu Telecom

By the rapid developing of China’s telecommunications industry, SMS and MMSoperations managing system became the most important components, supporting thebusiness category of the three major domestic telecom operators (mobile,telecommunications, China Unicom), with the computer and digital project being thepre task for implementing domestic telecommunications industry, which is the mosturgent task nowadays for helping enterprises turning the marketing strategy into trueincome. This task should be achieved by establishing short/MMS managementplatform system, in order to promote the developing rate of value-added servicehigher. This paper study concerns the designing on mobile operation managementplatform, analysing the application and realization of the short/MMS serviceapplication system of Jiangsu communications by a deconstructing view.By researching on the domestic telecommunication industry networking systemstructural design, the standard communication protocol of three major telecomoperators (CMPP, SGIP, SMGP), WEBSERVICE technology, SMSP systemframework, and the realization of SMAD system, we made resolution on the needs oftarget enterprises. Using the PHP+JAVA and C/S structure, we fulfill the flexibleextension demands of efficient operating and managing, helped goal enterprisesachieved platform application rapidly.After commercial test lasts9minth, it is proved that the system can achieve agood enterprise SMS and MMS management business and job requirements, as wellas perfect stability and security. It has already become the target enterprises’ officialworking platform, for helping the telecom operators raising revenue and customersatisfaction, while reducing the service cost, enhancing the competitive advantage ofenterprise, finally achieved the expected results.
