This passage designed an air tightness automatic testing equipment based on ARM controller,which are used for detecting air tightness of Hanging stove’s combustion chamber. The system isbased on GB25034-2010"gas-fired heating and hot water heaters state"‘s provision and embeddedtechnology, in the purpose of achieving air tightness testing automatically. LPC2214is used as thecore control processor, in conjunction with dry flow, low range pressure transmitter and other relateddevices to achieve accurate measurement of flow and pressure. By the factor-correction way,obtaining necessary parameters from the external Flash, measured and calculated the amount of gasleakage of the tested apparatus, and compared with the national standard parameters automatically,then made a determination of the equipment eligibility under the test.This article describes the definition methods and designation of embedded systems, Then selectsthe appropriate hardware platform and software platform based on the actual need. Some line-depthresearch has done on μC/OS-II software platform and hardware platform which is based on the corecontroller of LPC2214.It gives a plan for the system framework overall and the detailed designationof specific modules. On the hardware side, designed the LPC2214peripheral circuits, flow impulsecapture circuit, the pressure acquisition circuit, the solenoid valve driving circuit, man-machineinterface circuit and power supply and other important circuits, additionally,hardware anti-jammingperformance is analyzed; In the software, the research of the paper makes it successfully oftransplanting embedded real-time operating system μC/OS-II on LPC2214, then written dataacquisition program, scanning the keyboard program, LCD display and other tasks program based onμC/OS-II. Digital filtering and Watchdog program has also been designed and all of them wasdebugged by the integrated development environment ADS1.2.Experiment results show that the testing system meets the flow and pressure measurementaccurately, and has higher reliability for the products eligibility determination.
