Ingredients has wide application in industrial production area, its precision andstability directly determines the quality of the products. On the basis of thein-depth knowledge of the Ingredients syetem, This paper studies the innovative andexploration, according to the problem of Low ingredients precision and Poor stability.A complete ingredients process often requires several materials to realize in acertain sequence, different materials have different weighing methods, one ingredientssystems may also have several son ingredients systems. Based on the process of therenewable brick building, this paper puts forward the scheme of the ingredients system, anddivides the ingredients system into electronic belt scale batching system andingredients instrument batching system.In principle of safe, accurate measurement and convenient management andaccording to requirement of control accuracy, we introduce the choose of hardwaredevice of Batching system in this thesis firstly. Secondly,in the design of software,we discuss how to monitoring what is happening in the MCGS software and how torealize Parameter setting, State control,Material issued formula and so on according tohuman-computer interface. Finally, the test results of this syetem show that all thematerials burdening accuracy meet the requirement of the customer, but comparedwith ideal, the system also has the disparity.In order to improve the accuracy and control performance of the batching system,this paper explored the simulationin in the following two aspects:(1) Improving the accuracy of the system. Production environment, includingtemperature changes, electromagnetic interference, industrial vibration will lead toconsiderable error of the sensor output signa. This paper introduced the Elman neuralnetwork multi-sensor fusion knowledge to reduce the interference of the outsideworld a variety of sensor. The actual simulation results can be seen that the Elmandynamic recursive network can be mapped to the dynamic characteristics andprocessing of time-varying object have a very good application prospects. This approach in the use of industrial forecasting and evaluation will have good practicalvalue.(2) In the control performance. Fuzzy PID control theory and implementationsteps are described detailly in this paper and completed the fuzzy self-tuning PIDsimulation of PLC control DC motor speed in the MATLAB environment; The studyfound that the PLC fuzzy control theory can be used in practical industrial. The fuzzyPID control is easy to design, having fast response, better robustness and somepromotional value for the precise control of motor speed.
