Electromagnetic guidance technology is a traditional guidance technology, becauseof its relatively high reliability, relatively simple control strategy, so it is a kind of theearliest and the most widely used guidance mode. In medicine, transport, logistics andother aspects, electromagnetic guidance technology has been widely applied as its highreliability and low cost, especially in the application of automatic guided vehicles. Theabroad researchers began to study the electromagnetic guided vehicles from the fiftiesof last century. To the mid-1970s, driven by social needs, LSI technology,microprocessor and computer technology, the servo drive technology have been rapidlydeveloped and widely used in various control systems. In Europe, United States andJapan, automatic guided vehicles industry is more developed, new product developmentis very rapid. Domestic electromagnetic guidance technology used in the AGV startsrelatively late, there is a large gap with the foreign countries, but it has made aextraordinary progress. There are some products used in many fields.The object of study is a little car, electromagnetic guided location technology isthe key. Firstly, this paper describes the status quo of the electromagnetic guidancetechnology at home and abroad, the advantages and disadvantages and the futuredevelopment trend. The main research purpose, meaning and content are also discussed.Then, this paper briefly introduces the principle of electromagnetic guidancetechnology, and compares the traditional electromagnetic guided location technologyand the precise electromagnetic-guided location technology. Finally, by comparing avariety of magnetic sensors, this paper selects the most wide detection range magneticfield induction coil as this electromagnetic sensor.The research focus of this paper is the analysis of the three coilselectromagnetic-guided algorithms and parameters design of the location system.Location algorithm study includes: analysis of the advantages of the three-coil locationand triangular location algorithm. By modeling, this paper demonstrates three coilstriangle layout is the smallest of precise location manner. Parameters design of locationsystems includes: the parameter design of the height of the induction coil, placementmanner and the core material, triangular design manner of the location system.Finally, experimental study is given by this paper through the design of three coilsisosceles triangle layout dolly of electromagnetic guidance car, then this paper proposes theoretical analysis and validation, calculates car location accuracy, and proves that thetriangle layout of three coil location method is feasible.
