As the main energy in China, the development and utilization of coal has alwaysbeen concerned. However, because of the coal enterprise production operation’scomplexity and related products of the lag of the influence of such factors, coal minehas become one of the high lights of dangerous hidden in the security. To realize thesecurity of the mine production stability, make full use of the existing automation,communication, computer technology, the mine information system reform isimperative.Due to various mode of signal transmission form and larges of coal mineunderground system, meanwhile the early coal equipment is also facing the compatiblewith new technology of system equipments promotion, at the same time, the newindustrial process control devices are put forward constantly, all of this above brings abottleneck problem of compatible which is cannot be neglected to the productionsafety of coal mine. Along with the improvement of computer technology, network anddigital has become the development direction of the coal mine information, so thestudy of the network access and transmission device under a variety informationtransmission mode is particularly important.This paper lay emphasis on the foundation research of the coal mine’s generaltraditional signal transmission way、Ethernet and industrial Ethernet, and through tothe protocol conversion mechanism to won the theory basis of gateway. At the foundeof this theory, we designed a kind of more protocol Ethernet access gateway.Furthermore, put forward a application layer protocol and more unified agreement theunified units of data format, realize with the new and old system of industrial Ethernetseamless cohesion, broke the coal mine information process of middleware bottleneckproblems.At the same time, to improve the real-time monitoring system, increase the safetyof life and property security, we provide a adaptive and security priority scheme, putforward the PAWRR algorithm in this paper, which is based on the fairness of themany signal. The proposed algorithm can ensure highest priority and dynamic track thereal time priority with flow. Simulation in different business level case, PAWRRalgorithm has lower packet loss rate than other similar algorithm. Finally, we study on the network control system which is composed of the popularthree layer coal mine information transmission structure, and apply the IP network’sQoS model into the coal mine.
