Based On Bar Code Anti-counterfeit Transregional System Research

With the development of economic and aggravation of market competition, Regional flow、circulation and distribution of goods are expanding and enlarging dramatically. The illegal marketing activities, such as counterfeiting and selling beyond agreed areas, have become a common and important issue in logistics management. The enterprises need to recognize, prevent and punish those activities quickly and accurately, which closely relates to the existence and development of enterprises and the benefit of customers.In this paper we give a solution to solve the problems of anti-counterfeiting and anti-channel conflict, which is based on bar code with integrated computer software and hardware, and provide the design and implementation to the corresponding solution. As a carrier of information, bar code can mark important features of products, such as the source area, the manufacturer’s name, the date of production and the product category. Using the bar code’s information indexing function during logistics process, the proposed manager information system can recognize and regulate the identification of products so as to control products in the process of circulation and sale. This is realized with the help of computer and communication networks. Such system can effectively avoid channel conflict and also recognize counterfeit products quickly and accurately.In this paper, we first discuss the key technologies involved in the bar code, analyze the working principles and security techniques, and introduce the related equipment. Then we thoroughly analyze the problems and causes of anti-counterfeiting and anti-channel conflict in the logistics product. The corresponding control tactics are provided from aspects of procedure control, technique application and information query. We finish the fundamental design, business procedure modeling and database design based on the analysis of design goals and requirements. We then study the modules of code generation, business management and cargo track in the logistics system in detail, and provide the process of design and implementation to module of product inspection based on the thoughts of software engineering.The system proposed in this paper has implemented with coding. As the actual running shows, it breaks through the limits to time and space during the process of product track, verifies the identification of logistics product conveniently and quickly, and enhances tracing and controlling ability in circulation process of product for enterprises. In the meanwhile, it efficiently recognizes and prevents illegal marketing activities, such as counterfeiting and selling beyond agreed areas, and promotes the informationization and modernization in the logistics management.
