With the development of communication technologies, globalization of modern military command and coordination of communication operations, requirements of military communications network to the more mobile, higher transmission speeds, more distance communication development, utilization of radio, microwave relay, satellite and other kinds of tools, combined with the existing wired communications network to build more tools, multi-level, three-dimensional integrated system.One regional command operations in the communication, wireless communication technology with its ultrashort wave signal characteristics, from tens of Hz to hundreds of hertz range (wavelength from 1 meter to 10 meters) radio waves, relying on sight to do low-altitude atmospheric propagation, the wavelength diffraction capability with a certain space, to a certain area of operations within the rapid movement to achieve multipoint network, and thus to move real-time command and control, communications support to meet each node.In this paper, based on the analysis of ultrashort wave radio channel transmission characteristics, and combined with its wireless access technology principle, A program of realizing wireless channel access method based on the ultrashort wave radio is proposed. The program mainly uses FPGA and ARM hardware circuit to realize the digital radio signal processing. On the one hand use FPGA to complete the signal filtering, level decisions, synchronization, logic controling and address decoding, on the other hand use ARM to complete information encoding, decoding and communication protocols.The program has been applied on a dedicated controller. It can meet the needs and achieve the desired performance goals by testing the system. The program proved simple and feasible, with a certain application and reference value.
