With more than 550 million users in China mobile communications market, to all participants of the value chain, the high speed development of mobile data services is not only an opportunity, also a challenge.In maintaining the network comprehensive utilization ratio under the condition of invariable, enhance each line PDCH throughput rate and to reduce the number of channel, also is the need to reduce demand, further easing the number to determine mobile customers on the mobile communications business data of the rapid growth of the demand and limited the contradiction between the network resources.It firstly introduces China mobile data services and current situation of the development of the network resources and limited GPRS data portfolio of actual contradictions, rapid growth in data statistics and analysis of the concrete embodiment of Huainan Mobile now every line PDCH throughput rate low status, in Huainan area data business development trend and market development demand on the basis of comprehensive analysis, made clear the mobile wireless network of Huainan optimization idea, method and the goal, the key is how to improve throughput rate each line PDCH presents Huainan Mobile GPRS network optimization specific plan, that is, from bandwidth resources statistics and optimization, EDGE coverage improving high coding scale, PDCH TBF reuse degree analysis, community re-election parameters adjustment and PCU capacity inspection and optimization five aspects, and to optimize adjustment, eventually improve each line PDCH throughput rate. Finally through the field data analysis to the whole optimization plan to verify it, so as to solve the contradiction between the actual network operation needs.
