| Along with arrival of the age of 3G, the business and application based on the 3G network, including camera phones, video conference, video streaming media, etc, provide people with many high quality service and experience, but the SMS as a traditional value-added service, with its convenient and fast, easy to use, is still one of the most frequently used business by people.Along with the development of telecom value-added service,telecom value-added service providers accessing many operators is becoming more and more common, and the business cooperation with other company is also more and more.And the previcous business platform that can’t support mutiple gateway and without reserve foreign cooperation interface,causes a lot of inconvenience.
