Study And Application Of Mobile Network Management Quality Evaluation System And Method

China mobile has investgated and developed a series of network management supporting systems to support everyday network operation, but still absent feabile method to evaluate the quality of network management supporting systems. For instance, there is no general network management system quality evaluation system, no measurable indicators and method to evaluate the quality of network management systems. The indeterminacy is one problem that should be solved in the next generation network management. And the problem will be greater in the new generation network’s management. This dissertation is based on the quality evaluation of network management systems.This paper analysed the necessary of feability of building evaluation system for mobile telecommunication network management. Proposed the design pattern of evaluation system for mobile telecommunication network management, provided the evaluating method based on system quality, function application and the supporting ability for operation work. Consequently this paper formed the quality evaluation system for telecommunication network management.This paper also builded the evaluation measurement system and researched the evaluation methods. Based on these theory research, a network management quality evaluation and analyse system is deveped and realized. This system is emposed and tested to satisfiy the design requirements. The application of this system can realize the electronization of network management quality evaluation data, and can find problems in time based on the evaluation of network management quality, and finally help network management system providing better support for operation flows.
