At present, the majority of our inverter manufacturers used inverter controlboard test system, part of the imports from foreign companies, not only expensive anddifficult to warranty, but also the replacement rate to lag behind with foreign; another part ofthe manual testing, not only the low degree of automation, and test error rate was also high.But, independently developed inverter control board test system, not only had the priceadvantage, and had a short cycle of service, technically without backward advantages, andcould make changes according to the needs of users.This design of the inverter control board test system, divided into hardware and software.Hardware, including the data acquisition hardware devices and equipment protectionhardware, the data acquisition equipment used to collect signals, equipment protectionhardware developed based Altium Designer6.9, it was mainly used in the TL431 chipproduced by Texas Instruments, when the measured amplitude of the signal beyond the rangeof data acquisition equipment, equipment protection hardware used to step-down or voltageregulation on the measured signal, played the role of protecting the data acquisitionequipment; the software was developed based on LabVIEW 8.6 platform, used the modularprogramming ideas, divided into two major program, enter the program contained the systemlanding module, system startup module and the test project selection module; test mainprogram, contained a virtual keyboard module, analog input module ,the digital controlmodule, data acquisition module, data processing module, serial debugging module, datadisplay module and document management modules.In the development process, designed based on LabVIEW8.X the unique technicalXcontrol virtual keyboard, the entire testing process without going through the inverter control panel keyboard, only through the PC control could change the state of the inverter;solved the problem of non-National Instruments acquisition equipment in the time value ofthe measuring signal frequency was not accurate. |
