Food storage is the primary link in the grain circulation, to ensure the storage of food quantity and quality of security is particularly important. Grain temperature, humidity and other parameters are important indicators to ensure food storage security. The concept of "perception granary" is proposed, which does not require manual operation, the quality of wireless communication technology to real-time accurate informed distant granary stored grain, and to take timely treatment measures. ZigBee technology is a new wireless communication technology, and that is short-range, low power and low-cost. ZigBee technology is applied to the perception in the granary system can be very convenient for the management of grain storage.The topic based on the needs of the granary of the development of wireless monitoring system is researched and designed. The key issue of the perception of granary system based on ZigBee technology is how to build a network through ZigBee wireless modules to monitor and manage the granary system.According to the practical needs of the grain storage monitoring, this thesis makes an investigation and analysis on granary monitoring at home and abroad. Then more in-depth study on the characteristics of ZigBee technology, network data transfer mode, the network topology and the protocol specification of every layer is made. On this basis, the design ideas of the granary system based on ZigBee technology is put forward, and designing the location of the distribution of the system node module according to the distribution of the grain storage. After analysis and research of the CC2430 module and its peripheral circuit, bringing out the methods of the design of the hardware of the wireless communication module that include the CC2430 chip module, power module and serial communication module and so on. In addition, designing the circuit of the interface between CC2430 module and sensor modules, and programming the flow of the program of sensor modules collecting the data. On the basis of the hardware circuit, building a network that has a tree cluster topology through the communication modules. Analyzing the working process of the network coordinator, routers and terminal equipments, and designing the corresponding software program based on the functions to be achieved, and making a research of the assignment mechanism of the network address, then providing an explanation through the instance. Finally, the interface of a system platform for monitoring and controlling the grain storage is designed, and a test on the performance of the network consisting of the node modules is made, and then, the measurement is carried out for comparing the communication distance between the modules with or without obstacles, which provides a solid foundation for the further implementation of timely and accurate monitoring and management of grain storage. |
