| In recent years, with the development of maritime transport, there is a huge increase of transport-vessels which are shuttled between in ports by inland rivers or coastal waters. Its importance has been becoming constant growth for the application of communication between vessels to coast and vessels to vessels, both harbor control department and the security department. However the traditional voice services and low rate of data business satisfy these needs. Sea mobile communications are in urgent need to be established a set reliable voice communication, video, data and transmission with high speed communications system.This article researches in view of the sea from technology and theory of mobile communication. This paper first focuses on sea mobile communication coding, mixed and a key technology for the analysis and simulation. Specially aimed at maritime of mobile communication capacity small, communication issues such as quality, and put forward a kind of applicable to the future of mobile telecommunication maritime air interface scheme. The scheme adopts the QCELPC speech coding technology, linear space-time block codes and QPSK modulation technology; and effectively improves the mobile communication frequency band utilization in the limited sea conditions. In order to lay the foundation of the advanced ship security ability, the emergency alarm and scheduling control,the digital communication technology and the design of ID encryption use from essentially raised sea mobile communications privacy.On the second part, combined with the future marine mobile communication technology characteristic, this paper studies the key technical of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) technology in the Marine environment. Through the research of OFDM principle, according to the main technology of OFDM PAPR effects-the reason of, the two practical PAPR suppression methods, the simulation shows that the effective reduced the OFDM systems PAPR. In this article, the sea of mobile channel model, and the simulation of different demodulation way and coding mode conditions, get maritime mobile communication systems in12MHz bandwidth rate can reach the information19Mbps, more fully prove future offshore mobile communication technology advantage OFDM.Maritime mobile communication’s development along with our country economy and maritime transportation development cause many restrict of the further development. A new generation of mobile communications technology can solve these maritime mobile communication problems which already exist. |
