With the increasingly rapid development of modern logistics system, the automated warehouse in which to play an important role, there are a variety of advantages:save floor space, reduced labor effort, reduce the probability of error and improve the management efficiency of logistics operations and improve the quality of the management level and the operator of the warehouse manager, and reduce losses during storage and transport, and take full advantage of the liquidity, and many other advantages.This article first details the three-dimensional warehouse structure and processes; and then describes the three-dimensional warehouse modeling operations research base, including graph theory, Hamilton loop, automated warehouse management control systems, and automated warehouse system design steps for this article the study provides a theoretical tool and basis; Finally, the calculation of the minimum time of three-dimensional warehouse picking, divided into an abstract problem, the limits of branching method for solving, case analysis of three parts, made certain findings.In this paper, the automated warehouse to create a data analysis model, based on the actual operation of the system, and then model the real reflect, and then obtain the simulation results of the analysis, comprehensive and systematic study logistics and warehouse automation systems, to seek a scientific warehouse layout and design standards, to further standardize the company’s logistics warehouse system to achieve efficient operation jobs.
