Gas testing&monitoring is the key point on coal mine product-safety monitoring.This research based on project which to upgrade a mine safety monitoring system putforward by a mine company. This research wants to solve the problems of the originalcontrol system existing, down-hole system network cabling ‘s difficulty, multiplemonitoring blind spot, cable high maintenance cost and so on, design the coal mine gasdetecting system base on ZigBee wireless sensor network. This article mainly describesthe system detection node--Gas Detection Terminal (GDT), and the monitoring node--Gas Monitoring Substation (GMS).The paper participants the design for hardware circuit of GMS. According to theneeds, use LPC2388chip as the main controller to design GMS’s hardware circuit, thispaper mainly complete the double power supply switching circuit, power levelswitching circuit, CAN driving circuit, LCD drive circuit and controller peripheralcircuit design. The power switching circuit convert the supply between the main powerand battery power smoothly.In the hardware design of GDT, this paper choose to use ZigBee application chipCC2530as the primarily chip. Around needs, this paper design the battery powersupply circuit, level of transform circuit, protection circuit and rf transceiver circuit, etc.Use the catalytic combustion sensor MJC4/3.0L to design the bridge roadcompensation detection circuit, make full use compensation characteristic of the sensor"black and white element", effectively reduce the temperature change on the results ofdetection effect, improve the accuracy of the test circuit.In the development environment IAR IDE, based on protocol stack-Stack1.4.3complete to Z gas detection terminal of the software design work, the paper mainlyexpounds the two main program module: network initia lization and networkconfiguration module, cycle application module. Network initialization and networkconfiguration module implements join the network, binding nodes, and networkconfiguration parameters etc. Function. Cycle application module completed datasampling, inspection data AD report etc. Function.According to the established intelligent evaluation expert analysis and minesystem demand, based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the mine safetyassessment technical design model, based on information fusion technology factors and fuzzy reasoning technology to realize the mine safety status of high precision ofprediction, restrain the interference factors to affect the results of assessment. UsingRBF neural network model for the evaluation of the membership function optimization,effectively reduce evaluation error.System testing results show that the gas detection terminal on gas gas sensitivereaction, hysteresis reflect less than15s. Nodes via peer-to-peer mode can realize thedata communication, barrier-free communication distance to50M, average data packetloss rate is only5%, performance reduced when communication through the wood,iron gate.
