Design And Implementation Based On The SSH Of The Party Members’ Information Management System

Due to the enhancement of the university students’ political thinking consciousness，thegrowing number of Party activists，the preparation of party members and formal partymembers，students’ graduate lead to party members flowing frequently，to manage all theschool’ party members’ information extremely inconvenient；At the same time as thereplacement of management，the complex and various of the party members’ informationmaterial，familiar not enough to all the materials，sometimes finding and rewriting documentswill waste a lot of manpower and material resources.The establishment of the party members’ information and management system，is torealize the relevant information collection，analysis，statistical inquires and flexible output ofthe party through the Internet，realize the automation of the management of inner-party andthe scientific of the daily work，improve work efficiency，and optimize work style，reducework strength，as well as provide the scientific guarantee and support for the party leadership’decision-making and analysis. This system can meet the party organizations’ managementdepartment at all levels to the management requirements of the party’ information，and has asimple，friendly interface，the perfect function and convenient access，is the ideal tool ofrealizing the standardization and information of the party members’ information management，as well as improving the work efficiency to the party organizations’ management departmentat all levels.The information management of the party members general implement through the formof paper files，however，in today’s world of the rapid development of the computerinformation times，if continue to use a single paper document to manage the party members’information，if continue to use a single paper document management of the party members’information，will waste a lot of human，material and resources.Party organizations at all levels have been attach great importance to the construction ofthe party，in order to strengthen party and party organization’s work management，to speed upthe process of information，to realize the management of the inner-party automation，applyand automation，apply and research the party members’ information management system，andimprove the work efficiency of the party members’ information management andorganizational，in order to save time，material and human has become the current urgent need. In the reference of the existing many similar system，under the premise this system’sdevelopment mode use the B/S model[8]，to better achieve system portability；In thetechnology we will integrate the background technology SSH(Struts+Spring+Hibernate)frame and the front technology JQuery frame，to better realize the system high cohesion andlow coupling[3]，and make use of Ajax technique to realize local refresh of this system，reduced the amount of data transmission of this system preferably，speed up the running speedof the system and improve the user experience degrees. In the existing business function ofthe most system，this system increase the information release management，databasemanagement and rights management function.In this paper，we make detailed design and analysis to the requirements analysis，general design，detailed design and system implementation of the party members’ informationmanagement system. From the whole needs of this system，developing model to the refinedmodule function and database design，finally through the form of the kind of figure andsequence graph，we detailed describes the detailed process of the main function of the mainmodules of this system.All the analysis of this paper are built on the basis of the demand analysis.[10]，and thatestablish on the premise of in accordance with the working process of the party. Through allthe process of the process，we can know that this system is certain social and scientific valueas well as practical value.
