Design And Realization Of Information System Of Bank Audit

Bank audit managing information system is a system that is applied into the auditwork of bank, which can improve the automation of banks’ audit work and thus,promote the efficiencies, cut the costs and uphold the service and management levelsfor the audit work within banks. This system will do better in observing variousbusiness developed by banks, which will decrease the rate for financial crimesbroadly.The author is in charge of jobs of audit managing information system likeanalyzing the needs, designing the construction, writing the original codes for thesystem, establishing the database for the system and testing the system and so and soforth, for the bank that he’s serving for. This paper was written according to theknowledge of software Engineering General. To study and develop a bank auditmanaging information system we need to do several kinds of job like analyzing thesystem’s needs, designing the system’s construction, writing the system’s code andtesting the system and so on, each of which will need the following technologies andmethods.Analyzing the System Needs by Using Original ModelsDuring researching on the needs from bank audit managing information system, Iknew that the stuffs were confused about the idea of the audit managing informationsystem. When they were asked to bring their own ideas forward, they could only sayseveral ideas out and they were lack in their own ideas. Such few needs could notsatisfy the needs to establish a system at all. As a result, I analyzed the needs byanalyzing the original models and established a mini model for the organization needsand then lead the stuff to put forward their own ideas on concrete functional needs ofthe whole system.Designing the System Structure by Using Layered Software Designing the system structure by using the layered software has the followcharacteristics:(One). It could support to design the system by layers;(Two). It couldsupport to design the system by models;(Three). It makes it easier in adjusting andaccomplishing the functions;(Four). It makes it easier in maintaining and upgradingthe system;(Five). It could be combined with the object-oriented designing idea well;(Six). Its structure could be divided and it’s flexible in a great degree and it makes iteasy for the software to be used again.The bank audit managing information system could be divided into three layersmainly:(One). The date layer, which mainly covers the operation functions ondatabase;(Two). The business layer mainly covers the logical functions on thebusinesses;(Three). The performing layer is to act the system’s program out on theweb.Designing the Database According to the Regulated Designing Principles ofDatabaseTo design a regulated database, we are required to design the normal formaccording to the database that is to design the database according to the regulatedprinciples. In the process of constructing the system, we will design the databaseaccording to both the regulated and anti-regulated principle, which will cut theunnecessary data, guarantee the data consistent and complete and improve the readingefficiencies of the data.Developing the System Code by the Object-oriented MethodDeveloping code in the object-oriented manner has the following characteristics:(One). It goes well with the normal way of thinking of human beings and makes itconvenient to dissolve those big and complex and easy-to-change problems;(Two). Itmakes it easy to maintain the software and increase or decrease the functions;(Three).It is of good recycling quality. Designing with the object-oriented program canimprove the efficiencies for developing. In the bank audit managing informationsystem, the main language used to develop the system is an object-oriented programlanguage named c#, and the designing model used is industry designing model, webare Flex, JavaScript, and HTML and so on. Testing the System by Using Software-testing ToolsEach units of the system is needed to be tested after being finished. Afterfinishing developing the whole system, we will test the system, including its qualityand safety, by using the Black box testing method.This paper describes the bank audit managing information system in a completeway. And various technological areas of software program developing are involved.Developing the bank audit managing information system by using the technologicalmethods mentioned in this paper can improve the efficiencies, cut the costs to develop,and thus make sure that the system to be finished within the planned date. What’smore, the technological methods mentioned in this paper can also be used to developother kinds of software.Those technological methods are mature till now when the software technologiesare developing more and more, and also they can be all accomplished.In the process of developing such a system, we need to establish good way ofcommunication with user when analyzing the needs to guarantee the materialsconcerned with needs complete and authorized. And also we need to explore togetherwith the users in the phase of system developing to make sure that the system’sfunctions and audit businesses are combined in a complete way.
