Small And Medium-sized Printing Enterprise Digital Asset Management System To Build Research

Digital Asset Management, produced in the1990s, is a new research and application area tocollect, process, store, manage and reuse the digital assets for the purpose. At present, it hasbecome a hot topic of the television industry and printing industry. For the television media andthe large and medium-sized printing enterprises, it is very common to apply Digital AssetManagement System. However, it is still relatively few for the small and medium-sized printingenterprise. There are two reasons for this phenomenon. On the one hand, the small andmedium-sized printing enterprises are lack of the knowledge of Digital Asset Management.Onthe other hand, the products existing in the market doesn’t suit to the characteristics of theseenterprises.Based on the above, this article begins the construction work from two aspects. In theory,the article systematically describes the formation and development process of Digital AssetManagement, and the definition of process of Digital Asset Management, the basic structure andkey technologies of Digital Asset Management System. In practice, the article summarizes andanalyzes the characteristics of small and medium-sized printing enterprises, and puts forward theDigital Asset Management System to follow the principle of construction, and designed a set ofsimple practical model of the system to practice it.This article is divided into six chapters. The first chapter presents the topic researchbackground and situation, the methods and the significance of the research. The second chapterpresents the definition of Digital Assets, Metadata, Digital Asset Management, the formation anddevelopment process of Digital Asset Management. In the third chapter, this article summarizesthe function structure and then studies the key technologies about Digital Asset ManagementSystem, and points out the construction problems of current Digital Asset Management System.The fourth chapter in-depth analyzes the characteristics of small and medium-sized printingenterprises, puts forward the principle of system construction, propose Digital AssetManagement System construction based on B/S structure of medium and small-sized enterprisesin this foundation and the new ideas on the system framework structure design, general functionmodule design. The fifth chapter summarizes the specific function module design, databasedesign, and the typical modules of the system implementation. The sixth chapter summarizes theresearch work, and puts forward the next job prospects.
