| In recent years, domestic semiconductor industry is developing rapidly in China, with the gap between the international semiconductor industry is gradually shrinking, competition is increasingly fierce. In this thesis, SWOT matrix is used to analyze the domestic semiconductor industry status quo and problems. By shortening the development cycle, eliminating development risk, lowering production costs, and improving product quality, the method is proposed to implement the competitive strategy.In this thesis, the author introduces the concept of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and analyzes the feasibility of applying FMEA in semiconductor process integration project risk management.and illustrates two cases respectively which are new product development project with FMEA on production platform and new process platform. Process integration department will establish FMEA team with engineering, testing, design service, quality and other departments. With new product development process, the potential failure modes and effects can be found to complete FMEA analysis and RPN (Risk Priority Number) evaluation. According to the level of risk, put forward improvement suggestion and implementation plan, and then trace the implementation effect.FMEA implementation not only reduces development costs, but also improves product quality. Finally, that the proportion decline of quality costs in company sales, will reduce the cost of production into corporate profits.Finally, looking forward to the application of FMEA software in the semiconductor industry prospects. Through using FMEA reliability analysis software to improve the accuracy of data analysis, to avoid the risk of human judgment error. |
