Construction Of Beijing Telecom Training Management System Based On Soa

To improve the level of telecom operation and management in information era, it is necessary for operator to expand the rising information services. The human resources management system has been used in Beijing Telecom to implement the office automation, but for the employee training, the traditional means are still used. The human resources management system has some shortages including its coupling and expansibility, which is difficult to expand in employee training. It is the main task for Beijing Telecom to implement employee training system, which is loose coupling, sustainable development, low investment and easy integration. Based on the situation, the employee training system is presented to implement the requirements.First of all, the status and problems of Beijing Telecom system in the training resources distribution and management are analyzed in this paper, and the necessity of SOA-based training resources management system development is illustrated. Next, the function of training management system is discussed, and a rational and practical flow for the resources distribution is analyzed. Then, the architecture of SOA-based training management system is analyzed. Some core subsystems including the resources management of distribution and security are designed in details. The realization of the integration of resources distribution subsystem, the mail system and the integration of resources security system and OA system are discussed in detail, how to remind related information of the change of resources by e-mail or SMS are effectively solved, which improves the efficiency of resources distribution. As a result, staffs in all departments can refer to the latest resources without any delay, and the quality of operation can certainly be improved. Finally, the scalability and application of the system are analyzed.
