With the coming of the era of smart phones, the mobile e-commerce market begins to rise quickly, and mobile payment market also appears a scale growth, which attracts people’s attention. Shenzhentong BOSS(Business & Operation Support System), is established by a company, which is an open BOSS for the mobile payment. In BOSS, the interaction of BOSS with users is significant. It is the key way of BOSS transmitting information to users’and getting information from users’mobile phones, and is the first condition of completing mobile payment. However, in the early stages of platform structures, the absence of users and uncompleted of access to interface of telecommunications, leads to that we have no effective means to test the stability of performance in practical application, so the performance of the entire platform system level consequent cannot be guaranteed yet.To solve the present problem, this paper designs and implements a software tool based the in-depth study of business operations and functions of the platform. The software tool can effectively test the performance of interaction of BOSS with users. About functions, the paper simulate amounts of mobile phones sending messages besides ISMG, Internet Short Message Gateway, of the three telecom operators. So the testers need not operate real mobile phones, but only need to enter parameters in the interface of the tool. About the technology for accomplishment, other similar tools is accomplished by Java because this tool involves socket communication. However, this tool is completed in C/C++, because it can well deal with the problem of processing large amount of data, which is not solved quickly in Java. And coding in C/C++is faster. The main work in the paper as follows:1. Designing function, morphology, performance and other indicators of this tool based on characteristics of test job and performance requirements.2. Completing the division of the module structure, including dividing the tool into eight modules, the implementation principle and coding job according to the both main functions, concurrent message-sending and short message service.3. Testing the tool itself, in order to check reliability and stability of the tool. And introducing how to use the tool in the test job of the BOSS system in detail, and comparing the tool with other tools in test job.
