The Quality Management Reserch Of Communication Construction Project

The information industry becomes a very important part in human life more and more, it depends on the development at full speed of most advanced branches of science, the process that promote the development of human society effectively, with its rapid change at the same time, in the life changing and influencing people.At present, the communication industry of our country is at the high-speed stage for development:The update of technology, reform of trade are recombinated etc. all in each corner of the deep whole society of influence. With 3G, maturity of EPON/GPON employ, three network merge issue of policy, new rounds of communication construction thereupon the beginning. How the operator seizes the first chance in the new business competition, quality and progress of the communication construction project will play a very important role. For this reason, how the operator makes good use of the construction fund effectively, face unprecedented opportunity and challenge, improving the quality management level of the project becomes the problem to be solved urgently at present.In this paper, based on the summaries of former research, we have been studied systematically on the relevant theories and methods of project quality management and quality control by systematically inducing the existing theory achievements. The main research work includes the followings:Section 1, the current state of project quality management and quality control research at home and abroad was summed up in detail. Section 2, quality management concepts, project management characteristics and principles were elaborated specifically, furthermore, the progress, mission, basis and monitor methods were summed up systematically. Section 3, several kinds of new quality control methods were analyzed on the basis of summarizing the existing tools and methods of project quality control. What’s more, the causes and effects of quality management have been studied in order to the applications. Section 4, the specific implementing scheme of communication engineering quality management was introduced.Finally, research conclusion summary of this paper was presented.
