According to the custom demands, the paper design different plans for different customers in order to satisfy the customer requests and realize economic construction scientifically and reasonably. According to the demands of customers in Jinxiu Quancheng residential area, it chooses EPON technology as access method following the design plan. It gives the reasonable addresses, models and fixing of OLT, ONU and spiller, and realizes the destination of ODN construction with low cost. Also, the plan calculates the amount of IP address, configures perfect net management ensuring the management function of network dynamically and neatly according to the unified plan of Jinan Unicom Company.After the project, the paper tests and verifies the effects of the implement. According to the practical demands, the paper calculates the investment of ADSL, LAN and EPON. By the comparison and analysis, it draws the conclusion that the FTTH mode of EPON is the best choice.
