The Design Of Vehicle Digital Recorder Based OnμC/OS-Ⅱ

In-vehicle equipment developing and using process, vehicle system widely used CANbus as a medium of information between the various components of the vehicle system. Inorder to locate system failures easily and quickly, and exchange data with external systems,and deliver commands, it is necessary that vehicle system can record and store all theinformation of the CAN bus. Vehicle digital recorder makes the vehicle equipment systemhave the functions about recording, storing, analyzing CAN bus data. Consequently, thevehicle system has perfect functions about electronic data diagnosis and fault location when itis used to working. Meanwhile, in order to exchange information between each vehiclesystems expediently, vehicle digital recorder has the functions about communicating withexternal system through using TCP/IP protocol, and uploading the stored data when it isnecessary.By the overall analysis of the vehicle digital recorder, this paper completed each modulecircuit design respectively, and selectedμC/OS-Ⅱembedded real-time operating system tomanage various tasks, and migratedμC/OS-Ⅱsystem on the LPC2388 ARM chipsuccessfully, designed the functions about receiving and storing all the information of theCAN bus, designed the functions about data communications through TCP/IP protocol, USBprotocol. Finally, vehicle digital recorder achieved all the requirements of the vehicleequipment system.After the actual testing, it is proved that the vehicle digital recorder is stable, reliable,security under the management of theμC/OS-Ⅱ, All of them proved that the design of thehardware and software is successful. With the evolution of this project, the vehicle digitalrecorder can continue to expand the file system underμC/OS-Ⅱ,add HOST function ofUSB. After doing that, the vehicle digital recorder facilitates the backup of data files, and hasa wide application fields with more complete functionality.
