| With the great improvement of aerospace technology, radar technology is also graduallytending towards the direction of high-resolution, meanwhile, which increases the amount ofinformation, and puts forward higher requirements for radar data recording equipment. Firstly,large-capacity, the capacity of the equipment used as radar data recorder is generally ten GBcurrently, even more than several hundred GB. Secondly, high-speed, the data recorder is onlya few KB/s usually, but now is tens of MB/s, even a few hundred MB/s. Thirdly, the reliabilityof data, the data may distort and occur errors for the severe environment or the iffy circuitdesign, which will lead to serious consequences. Therefore, the data recorder must be addedthe necessary measures to ensure data reliability.This paper focuses on the acquisition of high-speed and large capacity radar echo data.On the basis of domestic and foreign development as well as the actual applicationrequirements, the overall design is proposed. The rate of 132MHz is used for sampling40MHz echo signal, and the clock chip is used to allocate clock for the realize of dual-channellow-phase, in addition, the wiring length of the two channels are equal. For the acquisition ofhigh-speed large-capacity data, we adopt the mainstream and mature LVDS technology fordata transmission. Samsung NAND FLASH is used as data storage medium, and thepipelining and the staggered dual-plane operation are used for sloving the problem of NANDFLASH’s low write speed effectively. The capability of 128GB is composed of 32 NANDFLASHs of 4GB.Finally, we set up a testing platform and carry out a large number of tests, from the testresults can be seen that the storage speed is up to 88MB/s and the data is inerrancy, and thedata recorder can effectively meet needs, which achieve a reliable high-speed large-capacitydata storage. |
