| Concrete is the most widely used and largest amount of material in civil engineering, advanced and energy-efficient concrete mixing plant control system for concrete production is of great significance.In recent years, the requirements of production stability, management efficiency and real-time monitoring on concrete mixing plant becomes more and more Specific, for these deficiencies, this paper designed a concrete mixing station intelligent control system based on Distributed systems, it divided into two main parts:First, PLC as the core of the control equipment, secondly, human-machine-interface based on WINCC.The in-depth study of the concrete mixing plant process, Siemens S7-300PLC and Peripheral circuits Composed of hardware systems, and in accordance with the control requirements, design and debug a PLC program in the STEP7programming environment, achieved the function of manual/automatic control switch and Automatic production.Human-machine interface and information management systems was designed and implemented based on WINCC and SQL Server2005. Data processing and monitoring can be operated through the human-machine interface by users to ensure the normal operation of production. The main features are:real-time early warning and the production of task management, mix design, printing, and control optimization.Finally, after running in simulated mode the control system proved the basic functions and reliability, achieved the expected design goals. |
