| The technical standards of the civil airport have various complicated categories. But due to various reasons, there is almost the blank stage or low level layer about the information management of the standards. During the golden and rapid developing era of civil aviation for china, a large number of airport need to be constructed or are constructing, and the technical standards of the civil airport are applied frequently, but due to lack of advanced means which lead to waste a large number of manpower and material in using of standards. So it is very imperative to research and develop the efficient, stable, simple and practical information management system of civil aviation standards.This paper mainly analyses the problems of the use of the civil aviation standards, after widely discussion with the related experts and technicians, we rebuild the procession of the existing management for the civil aviation standards, then the project’s overall functional requirements and system construction aim are made clearly. The project chooses J2EE for the technical architecture, combined with the Lucene searching mechanism to build system development platform, and according to the principles of modular division to decompose the system functional requirements to get many modules, such as the user management, system management, standards management, search management, decision analysis etc., and each model were designed and implemented finely under a case study of the airfield technical standards.The information management system of civil aviation standards solves the problems on the use of civil aviation standards, and realizes the resource-sharing and efficiency than before. It not only provides a basic platform for the information of the civil aviation standards, but also maximizes the reference value and significance for the civil airports’ construction. Besides, it makes a better regulation for the system’s producing and facilitates the link to the other standards information system horizontally. |
