Chaotic signal is aperiodic, continuous broadband spectrum, impact-related features and class noise characteristics, as well as a high degree of sensitivity to initial conditions makes a chaotic signal has long-term unpredictability and anti-intercept capability as well as hidden features In recent years, with the development of chaos synchronization theory, chaos in the field of cryptography is the deepening of chaos has good application prospects in the field of information security.In this paper, based compression coding and the voice of the chaotic encryption secure communication scheme, the speech coding algorithm using AAC encoding technology, the chaotic encryption algorithm using the cat map chaotic encryption, encoding and encryption algorithms in the ARM9hardware platform, and finally encoded performance and security of the encryption algorithm to do a brief analysis. The main work is summarized below:(1) Introduced the principle of two-dimensional cat map and the high-dimensional cat map encrypted extension methods, and two-dimensional cat map to high-dimensional cat map discussed by scrambling transformation, diffusion transform and several rounds of transformation to increase the key spacevoice encryption and decryption of the effect of the cat map analysis, and part of the safety performance of the numerical simulation.(2) Two encryption schemes, the numerical simulation the two encryption schemes respectively, compared to find the encryption scheme encoded in the first encrypted decryption poor, because AAC encoding is lossy, will lead to the cat map inverse mapping can no longer setdisorder reduction, the first encoded encrypted encryption scheme can get a good decryption.(3) ARM hardware platform to build, design a peripheral interface circuit design, embedded system software environment to build the hardware platform, complete, and transplantation of U-Boot, Linux kernel and root file system.
