At present our country’s credit card issuing volume has exceeded250000000copies. With the issuing amount increasing, bank risks will become greater. In order tocontrol the risk of credit card issuers, reduce the rate of bad loans households, acommercial bank needs to evaluate the qualification of cardholder objectively andscientifically. So a commercial bank develops a set of credit card verification system.In this paper, the author takes the Credit card verification system of CommercialBank system as a research topic. The author has participated in the systemarchitecture design, data structure design and program design, coding work and so on.This paper is to present some commercial bank credit card verification systemarchitecture, function design and realization.After years of development, some commercial bank’s level of science andtechnology has established a relatively mature technology platform. The platform usesOS/390mainframe systems, DB2large relationship database system, CICS onlinetransaction processing system. The scientific research level of this platform is in aleading position in domestic counterparts. In this paper, the Credit card verificationsystem is relying on the technology platform. OS/390is an operating systemdeveloped by IBM, installed in the IBM Z/Series host. OS/390can provide a stable,safe and continuous high running environment for the host application. DB2which ismade by IBM company, is a relational database. DB2owns good compatibility,usability and robustness, and also it has the ability of maintaining and managing hugebusiness data effectively. CICS, which is IBM’s transaction processing system, ispopular in large machine platform on-line transaction processing system.As a part of the commercial bank’s core business system, the Credit cardverification system can’t complete all the business data processing on its own. Whenobtaining datas from other systems, it could depend on the other subsystems function.Personal internet banking system is responsible for receiving credit card application data which is inputted online by the individual customers. After a certain amount ofdata processing, the Personal internet banking system sends the data to the Credit cardverification system in accordance with the agreed format. Personal client creditmanagement system is responsible for comprehensive evaluating individual customersaccording to the certain model, and then it sends the results to the Credit cardverification system in accordance with the agreed format. Electronic imaging systemis responsible for saving customer credit card application image data through thepaper application form submission. Report system generates a processing result forbusiness personnel.In addition, in this paper, the architecture design takes a series of measures toreduce the degree of coupling with other subsystem. At the same time, considering thepractical production situation of commercial bank host, the architecture design usesmultiple concurrent operation of the load balancing strategy.The powerful Credit card verification system, which has a high degree offlexibility and stability, covers all varieties of the commercial bank credit card. Tojudge from the architecture design to the implementation of function, this system isthe leading domestic one, and it can reach the international advanced level of similarproducts.The putting into production of the Credit card verification system, first, canachieve the true reasonable, efficient audit work flow management to maximize theefficiency of the audit work. Second, it can audit personnel to realize scientificperformance appraisal. Third, it can strongly prevent risks through standardquantification and standardization; fourth, it can fully collect the information anddeeply mine the data. As a basis for market analysis, target customer groups will bemore active and accuracy, on the other hand the system can provide a reliable basiswhile the risk policy adjusts frequently.
