Designing And Implementing Sotfware Structure’s Upgrade And Transplant Of The Financial Accounting System In Commercial Bank

In recent years, with the more fierce competition between the commercial banks, theconstruction of the commercial bank’s IT system is being faster. There is a commercial bank’sIT system which undergoes of data concentrating and business requirement gathering forseveral yeas, and the system has accommodated the requirement properly. However, for thenew banking services are increasing, the old structure which is mainly concluded by tradeprocess and account management can not satisfied the personal guest’s subdividedrequirement. And don’t correspond to the custom-build product mode. And the applicationsare not loosely coupled (means more extensibility). Therefore, the commercial banks decideto research how to upgrade the old system and a new generation’s system structure to promotethe competence of the core business.This thesis is based on this system to reform and research. Because of the author mainlyjoined in the accounting system’s research and develop, the thesis will mainly discuss thebasic part of the accounting application and summarize the technical project of the system’spromotion and transplant. The author totally joined the requirement analyzing and systemdesigning and program designing. In the earlier phase of requirement gathering, the authordeliberated many times with the sub-bank teller. And concluded the structure mode of theaccounting system basic on the requirement..In the phase of system designing. The authordesigned the inner sub-account table’s and inner detail table’s data structure. In the phase ofprogram designing, the author modified the interface of the inner transfer. Newly visiting thedata table according to the feature of the interface, and rebuilt the old table structure to fit thenew structure.The area of this time’s upgrade and reform is the structure will change to begin with theaccounts layer which use the "U" type structure, from the medium and channel, visit theprotocol, and finally update the core’s account. The advantage is configuration is obviously,and the loosely coupled of the system. The modification of the layer do not affect the nextlayer’s business.As the basic part of the commercial bank’s business, the accounting calculation module includes the parameters’ management, the teller control and the processing of core accounts.All the programs provide on-line services through the CICS. And use the db2to obtain thedata, which has ACID properties (atomicity, consistency, isolation, durability).Parameter management includes all kind of trade parameter’s require and modify. It willbe exhausted in the next chapter.Teller management includes the teller’s sign in, teller’s sign out, sign and sent the teller,activate the teller, change teller’s password.Account’s process includes the inner transfer，red-blue reverse transfer(credit),red-bluereverse transfer(deposit),red transfer, blue transfer, inner-account check and transfer.The upgrade is redesign and develop of the accounting system’s trade log, and theprogram process, trade operation and style, system’s data table, program, jobs, document’sname are unification.
