With the rapid development of the computer network and the communicationtechnologies, management information system has been widely applied. Especially thepurchase, sales and stock management system has become one of the most importantmethods for enterprises simplifying daily business operations, improving managementand making fast and efficient decisions.Now there are much mature and powerful ERP software, which focus on thepurchase, sales and stock management system, but most of them are expensive and arenot suitable for middle and small enterprises. So providing a rapid and economicalsolution of the purchase, sales and stock management system for middle and smallenterprises has become a problem. To solve this problem, many software companieshave developed their tools appropriate for management information system.Along with the rapid development of computer technology, computer has deeplyembedded in all areas of our life. The biggest advantage of computer is to manage alarge amount of information. Controling information with computer, not only canimprove the working efficiency, but also can greatly enhance the security. Especially,for the management of complex information, the computer can make full use of itssuperiority. As a purchase-sell-stock management system of integrating of manpower,material resources and capital, it is widely applicated in whether large mall or smallmarket that use the management system to manage the purchase, sales, stock and priceof commodity in order to master the classification, collection and analysis of data,timely and accurately mastering the flow of capital and commodity prices to enhancethe operating profit. The membership purchase-sell-stock management system linkssales object and commodity together, and associates the membership level with theamount of consumption, in order to make different preferential policies for differentlevels of customer to stimulate the consumption of customer. This system mainly talksabout the gift which is one of the most popular commodities now and if you can masterthe consumption concept and interest of customer who include students and adolescent, you will take possession of the market.
