In recent years, with the rapid development of the mobile communication network and its market demanding, driven by the mobile network constantly expansion, the network plan has also to be changed repeatedly and accordingly. Due to short construction cycle, the development speed is very fast. During the period of overlap, the resources of the whole communication network are not used reasonably, so that the network has low operation efficiency. In order to make the network resource can be a reasonable configuration and application, the optimization of the mobile communication network has become one of the important work of the mobile operations to improve the service levels and to protect the communication quality.This project takes the Lanzhou CDMA network as an example, and the key index and the single fault of the present network are analyzed and summarized. To summary the network problems, such as the weak coverage, pilot pollution, sector reversed and hardware problems,A detailed analysis is performed for each type of problem, depending on the problem and making the corresponding optimal adjustment, and finally to improve the key indicators of the CDMA network.
