Temperature control instrument is widely used in industrial production,with the rapid development of our economy,its demand becomes more and more big.From the beginning of the pointer type analog instruments to digital display instruments with only the A/D function,then to all kinds of temperature control instrument was born, temperature control instrument obtained a rapid development.Today the instrument has been accepted by more and more with its simple easy-to-use interface and real-time automatic control effect,it has a broad development prospects.The research about how to improve the real-time control effect of the temperature control instrument and how to meet multiple user needs is very important,how to develop our own high performance and low cost of industrial control instrument,it has a profound realistic significance to the temperature control instrument for the development of the future market.There are many kinds of control meter on the market,each has its own advantages and disadvantages.We realized many aspects of the plan about temperature control instrument such as low, simple, real-time control.we realized a temperature control instrument based on AVR series microcontroller as the core component to the bottom and PID control algorithm, we also design series of multiple input modules such as hot resistance, thermocouple, standard voltage and current in oeder to meet the needs of different users.The article mainly includes hardware circuit design and the software of the temperature control instrument, PID control algorithm, system testing and analysis results.Firstly, we introduced the historical background, development present and practical significance of the temperature control instrument, and selected ATmegal28as the main control chip hardware circuit. Secondly, we introduces the design of hardware circuit base on ATmega128, the circuit design about the facilitation interface.Combined with the hardware circuit and ICC6.0platform, we realize the multi-level menu of the control interface,add incremental PID control algorithm and single neuron PID control algorithm.Lastly, we verify the control effectiveness combining with laboratory water tank, in the trial after calibration, achieve the expected affect.Reached the affect about the parameters of the single neuron easy setting and the real-time monitoring and control of the water level.
