| With the fast development of internet and digital media, print media confronts the crisis which has never appeared before. As the frequent readers decreasing, the income of print media declines sharply. Under the severe circumstances, there is no choice for the print media except transformation. The features of mobile terminal devices, for example, efficient processing capacity, high resolution and portability, enable the users to enjoy the mobile reading anywhere and anytime. At the same time, these features are the basis of the development of mobile digital media. For the advantages of digital media, such as low cost, easy publication and low-carbon green, the crisis confronted by print media could change into the good chance for the industry. During the transition period, the print media has a variety of problems to face, such as, how to complete the digitalization of information, how to subscribe the mobile terminal services and how to deal with the problem of financial management. So, the development of design for the billing platform has the practical significance.In this paper, after much investigation to the mobile content billing in the print media industry, this thesis describes the mobile content billing system by use of My Eclipse platform, Java and B/S architecture technology.The research background in and abroad has been introduced in the first part of this paper. Then, the relationship between the mobile content management systems and mobile content billing system is analyzed. The part followed is about what this billing system is. We find what the system really needs, and supply its use case diagram and activity diagram. The software architecture has been analyzed afterwards. At the same time, several functional modules have been clearly divided and designed. After that, the static structure charts of every part in this system are available. The database is finished according to those charts. Furthermore, modules of the system have been designed well, the main sequence chart of which is also available. At last, the running process of the system and its effect are elaborated in detail. |
