| With the development of the China’s higher education, higher education has changed from elite education to mass education and expanded university education. Therefore, in order to improve school conditions, many colleges and universities carried out unprecedented and large-scale infrastructure building, so we put forward higher requirements of the university infrastructure management, especially the work of a higher material management requirements, and the information technology introduction to the infrastructure management of the college and the university on a timely. In order to solve the current situation--infrastructure materials management still in the manual management of the Sichuan Conservatory of Music, we have developed a set of infrastructure materials management system, which can reduces the manual burden of the department’s management related to materials management throughout the infrastructure, and improves the efficiency and quality of the information management in the infrastructure materials management process,and promotes the development of the college’s infrastructure.This system uses the J2EE to develop, and uses the more mature frame technology to simplify the development of the B/S mode five-tier architecture. The framework used in this system include Struts2, Spring and Hibernite. In order to reduce the burden on the server, and adjustment page layout more easily, and users can experience this system more fluid, so the system uses the DWR framework, JQuery and CSS technology.With an investigation and research on the work of the infrastructure management’s business in the Sichuan Conservatory of Music, and analyze the sale flow detailedly. And build functional model on the basis of the requirement analysis. The system’s features include:basic data management, material requirements management, supplier enrollment management, tender management, contract management, inspection management, payment management, system statistics and the data backup of system and recovery management. And we designed the database detailedly in the above analysis and design. I completed the nine modules and optimized the system interface. |
