The Research On Development And Construction A Web-Based Town Trilateral Greening Management Information System

With the development of forestry enter into the "Twelfth Five-year Plan", town "Trilateral" greening has been one of the ten most important greening work. The special research on town "Trilateral" greening is still in the primary stage, as for the research on town "Trilateral" greening management information system is much less.This article analyzed status of development on town "Trilateral" greening management information system domestic and overseas, established the foundation including forestry, ecology and computer science, drawn the function relation graph, data flow chart and operation flow chart by means of empirical research and mathematical modeling, developed system according to the requirement analysis, overall design, code realization and test evaluation, and set up a town "Trilateral" greening management information system based on the Web service at last.The article are consisted of work as follow:(1)analyzed the application characteristics of system development and growing trend, discussed the town "Trilateral" greening benefit evaluation system;(2)made a detailed demand analysis report, which described the operation affairs, built a database model that manage the user and business information separately according characteristics of affairs;(3)overall designed to five aspects which are development standards, application interface, function module, database and safety according to the demand analysis report;(4)realized five function modules which are user management, business processing, document management, web portals and system maintenance by coding according to the requirements of the overall design;(5)input specific data in system to operate, it has been tested near an half year on the web of forestry station of Mount Huangshan town, Anxiang county, the data processing are correct and system operates normally.Practice proves the town "Trilateral" greening management information system based on the Web service meet the requirements of the forestry informationize and basic needs of urban forestry unit, the actual function can meet the design target.
